Graptophyllum ophiolithicum merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Kaledonia Baru barat laut (Gn. Homédéboa). Nama ilmiah Graptophyllum ophiolithicum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Hermann Heino Heine pada tahun 1976.
