Grevillea reptans adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Proteaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Queensland tenggara. Nama ilmiah Grevillea reptans diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Robert Owen Makinson pada tahun 2000.
