Gunnera herteri adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Gunneraceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Brazil selatan hingga Uruguay. Nama ilmiah Gunnera herteri diperkenalkan oleh Cornelius Osten pada tahun 1932.
