Gunnera monoica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Gunneraceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Selandia Baru, Pulau Stewart, Kepulauan Chatham. Nama ilmiah Gunnera monoica diperkenalkan oleh Etienne Fiacre Louis Raoul pada tahun 1844.
