Gymnema rotundatum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Apocynaceae yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Sri Lanka. Nama ilmiah Gymnema rotundatum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis George Henry Kendrick Thwaites pada tahun 1860.
