Gymnosporia engleriana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Celastraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Ethiopia hingga kawasan tropis Afrika timur-tengah. Nama ilmiah Gymnosporia engleriana pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ludwig Eduard Theodor Loesener pada tahun 1893.
