Gypsophila gypsophiloides merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Caryophyllaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Mediterania timur hingga Iran. Nama ilmiah Gypsophila gypsophiloides pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Eduard Fenzl pada tahun 1957.
