Gyrinops podocarpa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Thymelaeaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua. Nama ilmiah Gyrinops podocarpa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ernest Friedrich Gilg pada tahun 1932.
