Handroanthus obscurus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Bignoniaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di kawasan tropis Amerika selatan. Nama ilmiah Handroanthus obscurus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Louis Édouard Bureau pada tahun 1970.
