Haplopappus macrocephalus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Chili tengah dan selatan-tengah. Nama ilmiah Haplopappus macrocephalus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Eduard Friedrich Poeppig pada tahun 1836.
