Harpochloa falx adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Afrika Selatan. Nama ilmiah Harpochloa falx diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Carl Linnaeus the Younger pada tahun 1891.
