Havardia platyloba adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko selatan hingga Venezuela. Nama ilmiah Havardia platyloba pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carlo Luigi Giuseppe Bertero pada tahun 1928.
