Haworthia akaonii merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Asphodelaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Western Cape. Nama ilmiah Haworthia akaonii mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 2006.
