Haworthia pygmaea adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen dari famili Asphodelaceae yang tumbuh menahun. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat daya. Nama ilmiah Haworthia pygmaea diperkenalkan oleh Karl von Poellnitz pada tahun 1929.
