Hedeoma diffusa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Lamiaceae (suku nilam-nilaman). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Nevada, Arizona. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan spreading false pennyroyal. Nama ilmiah Hedeoma diffusa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Edward Lee Greene pada tahun 1898.
