Hedyosmum orientale adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Chloranthaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis. Nama ilmiah Hedyosmum orientale pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Elmer Drew Merrill pada tahun 1940.
