Hedysarum sulphurescens merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Amerika Serikat barat laut. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan white sweetvetch. Nama ilmiah Hedysarum sulphurescens diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Per Axel Rydberg pada tahun 1897.
