Helichrysum arussense merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Ethiopia hingga Somalia. Nama ilmiah Helichrysum arussense pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Emilio Chiovenda pada tahun 1912.
