Heliomeris soliceps merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Utah. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan tropical false goldeneye. Nama ilmiah Heliomeris soliceps pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Rupert Charles Barneby pada tahun 1979.
