Helleborus thibetanus merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Ranunculaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China (Sichuan barat laut, Hubei barat laut, Gansu selatan, Shaanxi selatan).
