Hemionitis monticola adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Pteridaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Guyana hingga Brazil. Nama ilmiah Hemionitis monticola diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama George Gardner pada tahun 2018.
