Hemipogon acerosus merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Apocynaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Bolivia timur hingga Brazil dan Paraguay. Nama ilmiah Hemipogon acerosus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Joseph Decaisne pada tahun 1844.
