Hermas lanata adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Apiaceae (suku adas-adasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape (Semenanjung Cape). Nama ilmiah Hermas lanata diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama John Hill pada tahun 2015.
