Heteropolygonatum alternicirrhosum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Asparagaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk akar rimpang. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah China (Sichuan barat daya). Nama ilmiah Heteropolygonatum alternicirrhosum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Heinrich Raphael Eduard Handel-Mazzetti pada tahun 2014.
