Heterotheca depressa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Montana hingga Utah utara. Nama ilmiah Heterotheca depressa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Per Axel Rydberg pada tahun 1988.
