Heuchera alba merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Saxifragaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari West Virginia hingga Virginia. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan white alumroot. Nama ilmiah Heuchera alba diperkenalkan oleh Per Axel Rydberg pada tahun 1926.
