KAUAI HAU KUAHIWI Hibiscadelphusdistans L.E.Bishop & Herbst
Hibiscadelphus distans adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Malvaceae (suku kapas-kapasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kepulauan Hawaii. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan kauai hau kuahiwi. Nama ilmiah Hibiscadelphus distans pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Luther Earl Bishop pada tahun 1973.
