Hibiscus longisepalus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Malvaceae (suku kapas-kapasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Mauritania hingga Niger. Nama ilmiah Hibiscus longisepalus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Bénédict Pierre Georges Hochreutiner pada tahun 1913.
