Hibiscus trilobus subsp. hirsutus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Malvaceae (suku kapas-kapasan) yang memiliki siklus hidup semusim (annual). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Belize hingga Guatemala. Nama ilmiah Hibiscus trilobus subsp. hirsutus pertama kali dipublikasikan pada tahun 2000.
