Hieracium chlorodes merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Eropa utara dan timur-tengah. Nama ilmiah Hieracium chlorodes diperkenalkan oleh Gustav Adolf Hugo Dahlstedt pada tahun 1894.
