Hippeastrum traubii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Amaryllidaceae (suku bakung-bakungan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membetuk umbi lapis. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Peru (San MartÃn). Nama ilmiah Hippeastrum traubii diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Harold Norman Moldenke pada tahun 1963.
