Holothrix cernua adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Provinsi Cape barat dan selatan. Nama ilmiah Holothrix cernua pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Nicolaas Laurens Burman pada tahun 1966.
