Holothrix johnstonii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Malawi selatan. Nama ilmiah Holothrix johnstonii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Robert Allen Rolfe pada tahun 1896.
