Holothrix unifolia adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Orchidaceae (suku anggrek-anggrekan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Ethiopia (Gonder, Shewa). Nama ilmiah Holothrix unifolia pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Heinrich Gustav Reichenbach pada tahun 1881.
