Hoodia dregei adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Apocynaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Western Cape. Nama ilmiah Hoodia dregei pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Nicholas Edward Brown pada tahun 1909.
