Hornstedtia scyphifera var. fusiformis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Zingiberaceae (suku temu-temuan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk rimpang atau stolon. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Semenanjung Malaysia. Nama ilmiah Hornstedtia scyphifera var. fusiformis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Richard Eric Holttum pada tahun 1950.
