Hortia neblinensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Rutaceae (suku jeruk-jerukan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Venezuela selatan hingga Brazil (Pico da Neblina). Nama ilmiah Hortia neblinensis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Bassett Maguire pada tahun 1989.
