Hoya australis subsp. oramicola merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Apocynaceae yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Northern Territory (Pulau Bathurst, Pulau Melville). Nama ilmiah Hoya australis subsp. oramicola diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Paul Irwin Forster pada tahun 1991.
