Hoya australis subsp. rupicola adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semak dari famili Apocynaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menjalar. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Australia Barat bagian utara hingga Northern Territory. Nama ilmiah Hoya australis subsp. rupicola diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Kenneth D. Hill pada tahun 1991.
