Hoya betchei merupakan tumbuhan perdu dari famili Apocynaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Samoa. Nama ilmiah Hoya betchei pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Rudolf Schlechter pada tahun 1978.
