Hoya dictyoneura adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Apocynaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua. Nama ilmiah Hoya dictyoneura diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Karl Moritz Schumann pada tahun 1905.
