Hoya lactea merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Apocynaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua. Nama ilmiah Hoya lactea diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Spencer Le Marchant Moore pada tahun 1914.
