Hoya lipoensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu dari famili Apocynaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menempel di batang tumbuhan lain (epifit). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah China (Guizhou). Nama ilmiah Hoya lipoensis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Ping Tao Li pada tahun 1985.
