Hoya megalantha merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Apocynaceae yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Fiji. Nama ilmiah Hoya megalantha diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama William Bertram Turrill pada tahun 1915.
