Hoya meredithii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan epifit dari famili Apocynaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kalimantan (Sabah, Sarawak). Nama ilmiah Hoya meredithii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ted Green pada tahun 1988.
