Hoya pachyphylla merupakan tumbuhan epifit dari famili Apocynaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua. Nama ilmiah Hoya pachyphylla diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Karl Moritz Schumann pada tahun 1900.
