Hoya pallilimba adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Apocynaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Sulawesi. Nama ilmiah Hoya pallilimba mulai dipublikasikan pada tahun 2001.
