Hoya pauciflora adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Apocynaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan tumbuh menempel di bebatuan (litofit) dan memanjat.. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah India barat daya, Sri Lanka. Nama ilmiah Hoya pauciflora diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Robert Wight pada tahun 1848.
