Hoya paulshirleyi adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Apocynaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Sulawesi. Nama ilmiah Hoya paulshirleyi diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Ted Green pada tahun 2010.
