Hoya piestolepis merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Apocynaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua. Nama ilmiah Hoya piestolepis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Rudolf Schlechter pada tahun 1913.
